Is Cowboy Spirit TV a Television Network?

Cowboy Spirit TV

Cowboy Spirit TV isn't a traditional television network in the classic sense, but rather serves as an online platform for Cowboy Spirit Films to distribute and promote our films and other creative content.

We're just getting started in 2012 with our own productions, and as we grow and develop our library (and we hope get more production resources), you'll see us in more and more places - Video on Demand on your cable system, iTunes, Amazon Video, Netflix, and the like.

Although it's a wonderful aspiration, it's doubtful that we'll ever have enough content to launch a full blown TV network.

The great thing about the internet is that it allows us to effectively and efficiently serve our audience of western film fans and folks who love the western lifestyle.

2012 promises to be a very excited year for us. Our production slate consists of a short film based on the classic poem Little Joe the Wrangler by Jack Thorpe and our first feature film called Cowboy Spirit (the Movie) which bridges the cowboy life and modern day. We also plan work on a character study in the form of a web series, which we hope to ultimately form the main character for a future feature film.

We hope you'll keep up with us at CowboySpirit.TV, our Facebook fan page, our YouTube channel, and on Twitter. You won't want to miss a thing.

I just think being a TV network should be ruled out all we have is encore westerns and I have to pay for all the encores justg to get it a basic cable western network would work with the resurgence or westerns.
